Jajce is a town in central bosnia, 70km south from Banja Luka, where the river Pliva ends into the river Vrbas over the beautiful waterfall of Jajce. Jajce is known through its waterfall and its place of pilgrimage called Podmilacje.
There were about 40.000 poeople living together in Jajce before the bosnian war. Today there are about 20.000 people, but the number of citizens arised in the last years because the war explused people are returning to their homeland.
Jajce is also known as former king's town, so there are a lot of good preserved buildings that remind of this period.
